A Dictionary of Cebuano Visayan

This is a dictionary of Cebuano Visayan, the language of the central part of the Philippines and much of Mindanao. Although the explanations are given in English, the aim of this work is not to provide English equivalents but to explain Cebuano forms in terms of themselves. It is meant as a reference work for Cebuano speakers and as a tool for students of the Cebuano language.



Juan Wolffse desempeñó como profesor adjunto de derecho enCentro de Derecho de la Universidad de Georgetowndurante 44 años hasta su muerte el 7 de diciembre de 2005 Además de la docencia, trabajó para el gobierno y fue consultor en Derecho Extranjero e Internacional en Washington, DC y publicó artículos en numerosas publicaciones jurídicas americanas y alemanas. Fue teniente coronel en el Cuerpo del Abogado General del Juez del Ejército de los EE.
