C.-A. Rebaf got into literature late in life. His lifelong occupation in biochemistry, his love of classical music and literature, as well as the tensions between men and women, repeatedly flow into his texts. His favorite stylistic form is the variation of well-known themes. Kontakt II is more or less a cover version of Carl Sagan's novel.
