This textbook provides comprehensible and structured preparation for procedure in contentious civil proceedings. In addition to all of the relevant examination material, the book contains numerous schemes, definitions, case studies and practice exercises. The presentation focuses on the prerequisites for trial and judicial decision-making, the suit and subject matter of dispute, evidential proceedings, judgement, appeal and finality of decision, conclusion of trial without judgment and procedural costs.
