Human Resource Management (HRM) wird als Studienfach oder -modul an Hochschulen immer beliebter. Das hat vielerlei Gründe. Zum einen ist HRM

sehr vielseitig, sodass unterschiedliche Interessen im beruflichen Alltag bedient werden können. So unterscheidet sich die Tätigkeit eines Personalers massiv,

je nachdem, ob er etwa ein HR Controller oder ein Recruiter ist. Personalbeschaffung, -entwicklung, -controlling, Organisationsentwicklung, Arbeitsrecht,

Projektmanagement, Gamifizierung, Employer Branding, Personalmarketing, Entgeltabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Führungskräfteberatung, Mitarbeiterbetreuung,

strategisches Personalmanagement und die Unternehmenskultur sind nur einige Aspekte, die HRM ausmachen.



About Dr. Timo Schöber:

HR expert and know-how carrier with a special focus on controlling, talent management, employer branding, HR marketing, gamification and projects. Experience as HR manager at different companies and projects. Active as employee and manager in HR since 2009. His HR work has won multiple awards, including prizes at the HR Energy Award, the Ideenwettbewerb Schleswig-Holstein and the Überflieger-Wettbewerb.



Founder and co-founder of various projects, especially in the areas of HR, E-Sports, gamification and writing. In this role, experience as head of different areas at the organizations lvlup!HR, Esportionary, Esportpedia, eSports Nord, aimTalk and mienjung, among others.



Researching in the fields of macroeconomics, microeconomics, economic theory, E-Sports, HR and gaming, among as head of the three areas E-Sports, gameful design and HR at the Berlin Institute for Ludology. In addition, experience as lecturer, postdoc and/or author at the universities Viadrina, HdM Stuttgart, FH Westküste, SRH Berlin, IU, DHSH and Euro-FH.
